Property Litigation Solicitor – Bournemouth – 2+ Years PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Type of Role: Full-Time, Permanent (hybrid working available)
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)

A respected regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established and growing Property Litigation team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property disputes, including:

  • Landlord and tenant matters
  • Boundary disputes and rights of way issues
  • Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and possession claims
  • Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
  • Drafting legal documents and providing strategic, commercially focused advice
  • Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver joined up solutions


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Property Litigation Solicitor who:

  • Is a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in property litigation
  • Possesses strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
  • Brings a proactive, team oriented approach
  • Has a genuine interest in building long term client relationships
