Location: Bournemouth

Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience)
A respected regional law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its established and growing Property Litigation team in Bournemouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property disputes, including:
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary disputes and rights of way issues
- Lease renewals, dilapidations, forfeiture, and possession claims
- Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution
- Drafting legal documents and providing strategic, commercially focused advice
- Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver joined up solutions
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a Property Litigation Solicitor who:
- Is a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in property litigation
- Possesses strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
- Demonstrates excellent communication and client care skills
- Brings a proactive, team oriented approach
- Has a genuine interest in building long term client relationships
