Corporate Solicitor – 2+ Years PQE – Swindon
Location: Swindon
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £55,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a busy and expanding Corporate team in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse caseload and contribute to the growth of a forward thinking department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, restructures, MBOs, shareholders’ agreements and joint ventures
• Provide clear, commercial advice to a wide range of clients
• Lead on transactions where appropriate and support senior colleagues
• Build strong relationships internally and externally
• Attend networking events and contribute to business development
• Collaborate across departments and office locations
• Maintain high professional standards and excellent client care

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in corporate law
• Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
• Experience across a range of corporate transactions
• Highly organised, proactive and adaptable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport
