Private Client Associate – Torquay – 5+ Years PQE
Location: Torquay
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: 35 per week
Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)

The Role
You will manage a complex and varied caseload while taking on a leadership role within the team. Responsibilities include:
- Handling Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, LPAs, Trusts and Inheritance Tax Planning
- Supervising, mentoring and developing junior colleagues
- Contributing to process improvement and best practice
- Leading on business development and strengthening client relationships
- Playing an active role in the strategic direction of the department
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years’ PQE in private client work
- STEP membership (or working towards it) desirable
- Strong technical expertise across the full private client spectrum
- Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
- Confidence supervising and supporting junior team members
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to generate new business
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional client care
- A collaborative, proactive and professional approach
