Location: Cheltenham
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with some hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000 (dependent on experience)

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor with NQ–2 years’ post-qualification experience to join its high-performing Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham. The Role
You’ll be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial disputes, including:

  • Banking and financial litigation
  • Contractual and corporate disputes
  • Property-related claims
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and other professionals
  • Supporting a specialist team culture
  • Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
  • Participating in business development initiatives


Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:

  • NQ–2 years PQE in commercial dispute resolution
  • Experience gained during training or post-qualification
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Confidence in managing matters independently and collaboratively
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
