Salary: £80,000 to £96,000, depending on experience
A leading law firm is seeking a Banking & Finance Associate with 1–3 years’ PQE to join its UK Banking team in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions for a national and international client base, as part of a collaborative and high-performing team.
The Role
You’ll be involved in a wide range of banking and finance matters, including:
- General corporate lending
- Leveraged and acquisition finance
- Real estate and funds finance
- Trade and commodity finance
- Restructuring and special situations
- Working on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Supporting marketing and business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:
- 1–3 years PQE in banking and finance
- Experience gained at an international or leading regional firm
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to inclusion
- Flexibility and willingness to work additional hours when required
