A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join an excellent bespoke manufacturer in the Swindon area.

With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service equipment through scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
• Diagnose and fix operational and technical issues promptly.
• Oversee parts inventory and coordinate replacements.
• Enhance equipment performance through process and efficiency improvements.
• Carry out general repair, mechanical, and electrical work as needed.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 2 years’ experience in a maintenance engineer role minimum
• Ideally Food/FMCG/Manufacturing Experience
• Ideally Apprentice Trained
• Strong Communication Skills
• Multi skilled Engineering experience
• Strong IT Skills
