Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients within architectural and construction sectors
• Build relationships with architects, practices, and key project decision-makers
• Generate, qualify, and manage new business leads and enquiries
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and opportunities
• Support business development by creating a consistent pipeline of opportunities

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or outbound business development
• Experience communicating and working with architects and construction professionals
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and listening skills
• Confidence engaging with senior professionals and navigating organisations
• Strong organisation, lead qualification, and self-management skills

Package and Benefits:
