Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns across all manufacturing equipment.

• Diagnose faults, complete repairs and work to minimise downtime.

• Support continuous improvement by identifying issues and contributing to long‑term engineering solutions.

• Work collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams to maintain high operational standards.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures and compliance requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Engineering experience within a manufacturing or production environment.

• Multiskilled background (mechanical and electrical) preferred; electrical‑bias engineers with a desire to upskill also welcome.

• City & Guilds 236 and 18th Edition qualifications

• Strong problem‑solving ability and a proactive approach to maintenance.
