Service and Support Engineer 

£28,000 - £30,000 + Training and Development Oppourtunities 

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday (flexible start/finish times) – UK travel required

23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays – Pension Scheme – Full Training Provided

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service and Support Engineer to join a specialist engineering company based in Moreton in Marsh.

This varied role will see you working on-site across the UK, supporting customers with service, commissioning, and installation of sustainable technologies. It’s a hands-on position that offers full training, technical variety, and genuine long-term career prospects.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Service, fault find and commission MVHR, heat pumps and central vacuum systems

• Provide technical support to clients on-site, by phone and by email

• Carry out site surveys, installations and attend project meetings

• Complete accurate documentation after each visit

• Travel nationwide to support customer projects

What we’re looking for:

• Background in mechanical, electrical or plumbing (refrigeration experience a bonus)

• Previous field service or customer-facing experience desirable

• Problem-solving mindset with a flexible, hands-on approach

• Full UK driving licence (over 25 for insurance purposes)
