A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Team Leader to join a fantastic business.

With no day ever being the same the Engineering Team Leader role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a team of technicians, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Prioritise breakdowns and plan PPMs to reduce downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and manage engineering stock levels.
• Provide hands-on assistance during breakdowns and collaborate with production.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Strong communication and leadership skills with team management experience.
• Strong fault-finding ability and understanding of engineering principles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and small project management.
