A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join a global leader in the design, manufacture and supply of innovative solutions for residential, commercial and industrial markets.
This role focuses on managing customer and supplier complaints across multiple sectors, offering the chance to make a real impact on quality performance.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, acting as the primary quality contact
- Lead 8D problem‑solving activities and drive structured root‑cause analysis
- Prepare clear, data‑driven reports for customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Chair and coordinate corrective and preventive action activities
- Work cross‑functionally to communicate customer requirements and meet agreed timescales
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a Supplier Quality Engineer position or similar
- Strong understanding of 8D, FAIRs and associated quality tools
- Experience handling customer claims and conducting supplier audits
- Knowledge of Control Plans, FMEA and PPAP documentation
