A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a fantastic engineering business in the Paddock Wood area.

With no day ever being the same the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class manufacturing environment.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across production equipment, building services, and site facilities.
• Support installation of new machinery and upgrades, including some industrial wiring.
• Work with the Engineering Manager on improvement projects and process optimisation.
• Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment, supporting a strong health & safety culture.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar position
• HNC, ONC, or equivalent engineering qualification or completed apprenticeship
• Practical electrical and mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
