Production Engineer – Exeter - Devon

£30,000 - £35,000

25 days + BH, on-site parking

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Plant Technical Director and NPI Manager by identifying cost-effective improvements
• Continuous improvement of processes to improve quality and efficiency
• Actively participating in Kaizen events and Lean activities
• Ensuring customer requirements are always met
• To create detailed SOPs to support manufacturing processes
• Manage test equipment calibrations
• Assist with production maintenance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar field
• Minimum of HNC or HND in electronics or relevant experience
• Previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment
