Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Bristol

£45,000 - £55,000

25 days + BH, private healthcare, a share incentive plan, 25 days annual leave, half-days on Fridays

Role & Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate electrical designs within the agreed timescale
• Ensure all work complies with the required market standards (e.g. EN standards)
• Provide technical information required for manuals and other documentation
• Maintain and promote the implementation of professional standards
• Work with other designers and departments to ensure specifications are clear and complete
• Work with other departments to translate the technical requirements into structured modular designs
• Training and developing designers
• Working on New Product Development
• Supporting production teams during production process
• Supporting service team in repairing and upgrading existing machinery

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience within a similar role
• HNC in Electrical related subject
• Experience with AutoCAD packages
• Strong knowledge of EN standards
• RF Design experience is desirable
