A long‑established manufacturer is looking for an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to support the maintenance and performance of machinery across a busy production site.

If you enjoy fast‑paced environments, varied engineering challenges and keeping equipment running at its best, this role will suit you well.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Planned and reactive maintenance to keep production equipment running smoothly
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime
• Identify improvement opportunities and help strengthen preventative maintenance routines
• Coordinate with production teams to plan service work and machine downtime
• Support new machinery installations and ensure all work meets safety standards

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing or production setting
• Recognised electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/ONC, 18th Edition)
• Strong electrical skills with solid mechanical capability
• PLC fault‑finding experience and strong communication skills across all levels
