Production Operative
Location: Desborough
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £9.50 /hour with overtime paid at x1.5 £14.25(after 48hrs in the same week)
Rotating Shifts: Days (6am – 6pm) and Nights (6pm – 6am) – 4 ON 4 OFF shift pattern
The Role:
•Able to work with speed and accuracy with minimal supervision
• Understanding specifications of the task
• Packing and labelling products ready for despatch
• Heavy lifting involved in the job role
The Candidate:
• Warehouse or production experience would ideal but not necessary, training will be provided
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Manual skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
