We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Packing Operative in Lincoln Central.

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a fast-paced team? We’re currently looking for a motivated Packing Operative to join our their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

Pay rate: £12.21 ph

Key Responsibilities:

· Pack products carefully and correctly into boxes, ensuring all items meet quality standards

· Work to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency

· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail to avoid packing errors

· Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily targets and ensure smooth work flow

Requirements:

· Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

· Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

· A team-oriented attitude with good communication skills

· Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, or production environment is beneficial but not essential

This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards at all times.
