Are you a Qualified Social Worker that hasn't practiced for a while? Maybe you had a career break, or stopped practicing to support a family member, or to raise a family - whatever the reason I would absolutely love to speak to you!
I have set up and created a unique Return to Social Work offering called Reignite Social Work! The programme is running from the middle of April in collaboration with Warwickshire County Council. I'm looking to engage with anyone looking to return to a children's social worker position - if you live locally in the West Midlands this would be ideal, but please don't be put off if you live further away; if you're open to relocating / commuting you can also be considered.
This bespoke route back into practicing social work is a partnership between Service Care Solutions, Warwickshire County Council and one of the best rated Social Work Universities in the country. If successful you will be offered a permanent contract with the local authority, formal distance learning (done with peers who are also going through the Reignite programme) and ongoing support on your journey with Warwickshire County Council. It's guaranteed supervised practice with a manageable caseload, underpinned by 210 hours of long-arm direction & supervision from one of the top Social Work lecturers in the country; all coordinated and managed by a class leading Social Work Recruitment Consultancy (led by a Team Leader with over 10 years of Local Authority experience).
You will need;
1. Degree in Social Work
2. Previous experience working as a children's social worker in any service (length of time since last role doesn't matter!)
3. The ability to work in Warwickshire consistently on a permanent contract
4. SWE Registration is NOT required to be successful
