Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Legal Tech Startup

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - First 3 months in-office for training/onboarding) 

Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + $20,000 OTE ($80k Total Package)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Engage in intense, in-person training for the first 2-3 weeks to master the legal tech landscape.
  • Utilize a world-class tech stack: Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesNav, Omni, and HubSpot.
  • Drive growth through high-volume outreach (50-100 calls/day), social selling, and personalized emails.
