My client is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive (Senior Logistics Consultant)

Position Summary:

 

As a Senior Sales Account Executive (officially titled Senior Logistics Consultant), you will manage the entire sales lifecycle — from prospecting and detailed discovery calls to tailored client meetings — serving as a trusted advisor for freight forwarding solutions.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarding company.

• Familiarity with CargoWise One ERP system is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong understanding of the local market and territory.

• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and a proactive, hunter-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to travel locally for client engagements.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and establish a client base through outreach methods such as cold calling, networking, trade shows, and in-person presentations.

• Present a range of service offerings including: Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals set by sales leadership.

• Partner with CRM Specialists to build and maintain a strong presence in the local market.

• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and global offices.

• Conduct local travel for client meetings and presentations.

• Uncapped commission structure.
