Workforce Extensions Ballarat is currently seeking experienced Fabricators and Assemblers to join the teams of several respected local engineering and manufacturing businesses. What We’re Looking For – Welders:
• Experience in high quality fabrication of stainless and mild steel (MIG & TIG)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
• Experience in general repair, maintenance or site based work
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For – Assemblers:
• Proven experience in mechanical or industrial assembly work
• Confident reading and following engineering drawings and instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, organised and quality-focused
• Team player with a positive attitude
