Parts Advisor – Volkswagen / Audi
A supplier of vehicle components and parts for the classic car market.
An Automotive Parts Advisor is required to work within a busy vehicle / automotive parts department, you will preferably be an experienced passionate Motor Trade Parts Advisor with enthusiasm for all things automotive.
Volkswagen / Audi parts experience would be beneficial.
Ideal location: Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Measham, Coventry, Bedworth, Tamworth, Coalville
Salary – Basic 22-30k plus benefits dependent on experience.
Office based 8am -5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
The Role
- Handling incoming calls providing quotes, automotive vehicle parts and advice to the existing customer base of classic car enthusiasts and garages based throughout the UK and overseas.
The Candidate
- An experienced Parts Advisor providing automotive parts to the motor trade and retail customers.
- A good communicator with good technical knowledge of vehicle parts.
- Self-motivated and keen to provide good customer service.
- Comfortable with email and social media communication.
- Volkswagen / Audi parts experience would be beneficial.
