About the opportunity
In this support role, you will utilise your background and experience in supporting project managers to ensure the smooth running of the team. In addition, you will act as the site subject matter expert for all systems and workflow related to the R&D team
Responsibilities
- Project management and project delivery standards and methodologies
- PM processes and tools development, roll-out, and support (scheduling tools, resource planning tools, PPM tools – e.g. MS Project Server, Planisware, CA PPM, Plainview, etc)
- Resource management (resource planning, allocations, capacity planning)
- Project cost management (estimating and building and managing budgets)
- Demand management/project intake
- Portfolio management/prioritization
- Governance and decision support
- Project and portfolio reporting
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a busy role supporting project managers
- Previous PMP experience
- Qualifications and/or experience in life sciences or similar highly regarded
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional personal presentation and communication skills
