Credit Controller | $75K + Super | 2 days in office based in Camberwell (Thursday are anchor days) 

Are you a skilled professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? We're on the lookout for a Credit Controller / Billings Officer to join this dynamic team. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing
  • Work with the families of our clients, coordinating RAD's and accounts 
  • Manage customer accounts, resolve queries, and provide top-tier service
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing procedures and customer satisfaction
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies and assist in reporting
  • Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and care


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Collections, AR or Billings role is a must
  • Aged Care or Health Care industry exposure would be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - You are working with family members and need compassion and patience. This is not heavy debt collecting. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
