ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This leading organisation looking for a Finance Transformation Manager, for a 6 month contract, to lead and deliver strategic finance initiatives that enhance performance, improve processes, and enable scalable growth. This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology, operations and Shared Services driving change across systems, processes, and ways of working.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE.

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, from strategy through to execution
• Partner with CFO, Finance Leadership, and key business stakeholders to define and prioritise transformation roadmap
• Drive process optimisation across core finance functions
• Implement and optimise ERP and finance systems
• Improve data quality, reporting capability, and decision support though automation and analytics
• Establish best practice financial controls, governance, and standardisation
• Lead change management initiatives to embed new processes and systems effectively

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE.

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in finance transformation, ideally within complex or high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of core finance processes and operating models
• Experience delivering ERP implementations and finance system enhancements
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing senior leadership
• High level of analytical capability with a focus on data-driven decision making
