The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong growth mindset, enjoy taking ownership of finance operations and provide insights that drive the organisation's success. You will be personable with the ability to work with everyone across the business, and have a keen problem solving ability.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, payroll, financial controls, and month-end reporting.
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support key decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis
• Board Reporting
• Process Improvements and System Enhancements

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:

• CA/ CPA qualified
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Strong process improvement and enhancement skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a broad role.
