The Company
TwoScots are delighted to partner with this innovative, prestigious and fast-growing organisation based in the CBD. Due to the continued growth of the business and several projects on the horizon, they have a requirement for a Group Finance Manager to join their journey and help drive future changes.
Reporting to the CEO, this role has a good balance of technical accounting and business partnering and will see you partnering with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
The Role
- Driving process improvements and streamline reports and systems
- Support the key areas of the business
- Completing the month end process, forecasts and budgets and statutory accounts
- Managing the cash flow
- Managing the External Audit process
- Analytical duties as required
Your Experience
We are looking for a Finance Manager who is looking for the next step in their career. You will ideally have:
- Your CA or CPA qualification
- Hands-on experience in a commercial environment, or making the first move from Chartered.
- Advanced Excel skills and great systems knowledge
- A strong work ethic with a great attitude
- Ability to hit tight deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
