About the opportunity
As the Territory Manager you will focus on driving business for your Surgical Ophthalmology portfolio across the Newcastle - Central Coast - Hunter Region. Through the setting of strategic plans, you will deliver on revenue, profitability, and market share objectives.
Duties
- Creation & implementation of your annual sales plans
- Responsible for the consignment checks, in theatre case support during cataract procedures to meet customer & patient need,
- Map out key decision makers & the patient pathway
- Drive sales of your products across your territory
- Work collaboratively with the sales team
Skills and Experience
- Medical Devices Sales experience preferred
- Clinical experience as an Orthoptist / Ophthalmologist / Optical Technician desirable
- Hunter mentality & can-do attitude
- Demonstrated success with innovative solutions to grow market share
- Engaging & passionate communicator
- A person that can take ownership & deliver results
- High degree of commercial acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelors degree
