About the Opportunity
The Oncology Commercial Manager, is a specialist position, dedicated to leading the team in launching multiple new molecules.
This is an integral role that will be responsible for all strategic, operational and financial decisions related to the oncology brands. You will also be responsible for field coaching and leading the National Sales Team in developing key customer relationships
Duties
- Lead marketing strategy for current molecules and pipeline launch oncology brands
- Lead, coach and mentor the sales team
- Uncover what drives customers in order to shape the strategies
Skills And Experience
- Experience managing & developing high performing sales teams
- Experience in Pharmaceutical marketing roles
- Strong business acumen
- Strong communication skills
- Pharmaceutical industry experience required
- Qualifications in Science, Marketing and/or Business
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally across the business
