About the opportunity

As the Commercial Operations Leader you will provide strategic recommendations to the Business and senior management based on consolidated and actionable Business insights. Your will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and partner with key stakeholders across Brands and lead key Strategic and Operational Planning processes.  Develop Models for relevant brands and therapeutic areas.  


  • Review & analyse sales data, develop insights to improve commercial effectiveness
  • Provide market, competitor and brand performance insights 
  • Reporting, extracting data from different systems, analysing it, and presenting your findings in concise dashboards & reports.
  • Collate, enrich, and process data sources like Market & Sales, CRM and customer interaction data, business performance, and visualising this information to drive insights-based decision-making and actions.
  • Responsible for salesforce territory sizing & design, sales-incentive structure design & calculations, customer interactions, taking charge of business and operational governance reviews with local stake holders, leaders, and international business stakeholders.
  • Format, extract & integrate data

  • Some market research related duties 
  • Take full ownership of data quality and reporting systems 


Skills & Experience: 

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Science or Marketing related fields
  • Must have patient modelling or revenue forecasting/strategic planning experience
  • Experience in local Australian pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience working with big data, analysing market research & sales data
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • An excellent business partner
  • Agility to work in a fast-paced environment
