About the opportunity

As a self-driven Dental Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting the organisation's leading portfolio to dental clinics across your New South Wales, West Territory.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for business development activities with new and existing customers, supported by a highly skilled clinical team. You will be required to demonstrate a clear understanding of the product, competitor products and effectively manage your territory. You will be commercially savvy and be able to influence through superior clinical discussions. Furthermore, you will be effective in completing sales reports and work within a set promotional budget.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maximising sales and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all key customers including: Dentists; Dental Assistants; Practice Managers
  • Create and implement an effective business plan including objectives, activities, timing and budget and track progress throughout the year
  • Become an expert in the clinical data and promote effective use of products
  • Work cross-functionally with your team
  • Attend trade shows

Skills and Experience required

  • Proven success in strategic territory-based sales;
  • Experience in Orthodontic, Dental or Medical Industry preferred with a proven track record;
  • Demonstrate both a strong commercial and technical aptitude;
  • Be able to interpret clinical data and communicate effectively;
  • Display impeccable presentation and professionalism;
  • Be self-organised, think strategically and be solution oriented;
  • Higher school certificate or equivalent;
  • Drivers license essential.
