About the opportunity
As a Pharmaceutical Hospital Sales Representative, you will partner with key stakeholders across Private & Public hospitals covering the North Queensland region - that is Brisbane North - Sunshine Coast - Rockhampton - Mackay - Bundaberg - Hervey Bay. Due to an internal promotion, this role is being offered as a 12-month contract initially.
Duties
- Achieve sales targets
- Target potential growth areas/new customers
- Implement strategies for growth within the area
- Participate in tender processes
- Develop & maintain relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research/analysis to highlight opportunities
- Reporting & planning as required
- Provide on-site training as required
Skills and Experience
- Proven Pharmaceutical hospital sales experience
- Established customer relationships with Oncologists
- Ability to develop & drive new growth opportunities through innovative business planning
- Ability to interpret clinical information to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care
- Research and utilise competitor knowledge to increase sales
- Demonstrate strong ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Demonstrated examples of working within a competitive market
- Tertiary qualifications in a related Health Discipline - Science, Nursing
