The Low Down
You will be accountable for delivering and supporting enterprise platform technology services, including a substantial transformation program to achieve key business objectives and goals. This includes the implementation of new platforms, optimisation of platform performance and health, collaboration with business stakeholders to develop and deliver future platform roadmaps and proactively leveraging strategic vendor partners to create value.
What You will Be Doing:
- Develop and implement the strategy and roadmaps for enterprise platform portfolios.
- Lead the establishment and uplift of technology delivery capabilities to deliver enhancements in employee engagement, efficiency, product quality and delivery velocity .
- Relationship management with key product and business executives.
- Lead the delivery of technology services ensuring the health of technology platforms measured via cost of change, operational performance, stability and resilience.
- Lead the establishment of outsourced services providers and manage their service and commercial performance.
About You:
- Solid track record in a senior leadership role within applications and systems, such as Head of Applications, Head of Technology or Architecture (essential)
- Mid-large size banking or financial Services industry experience (essential)
- Familiarity leading teams to deliver multi-platform digital applications including CRM and cloud platform services, Saas, Paas(as opposed to a infrastucture background)
- Earlier background in engineering & integrations.
- Strong experience managing a hybrid team that included internal employees and service providers.
