This is an opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Program Manager to lead a major workstream within a large-scale technology and data transformation. You’ll take ownership of a complex ServiceNow and technology data workstream, leading it through design, delivery and implementation. This is not a generalist Program Manager or Project Manager role. We need someone who has personally led significant ServiceNow/CMDB transformation programs within banking and understands the complexities of technology data at enterprise scale.

What will you be doing?

• Lead a complex ServiceNow / CMDB transformation workstream.
• Drive a significant technology data uplift across multiple systems.
• Lead delivery across internal technology teams and external vendors.
• Own program planning, budget, governance, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Manage senior stakeholders and drive delivery across a complex enterprise environment.

What will you need?

• Banking experience
• Program Management experience delivering significant ServiceNow / CMDB transformations
• ServiceNow Service Mapping experience
• Large-scale technology and data transformation experience
• Experience consolidating and improving technology data across multiple systems
• Strong vendor and commercial management experience
• Strong program governance, budget, risk and dependency management
• Excellent senior stakeholder engagement
