This is an opportunity to join a large, complex infrastructure delivery environment where you’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to improve how the team delivers.  This isn’t a Scrum Master role where you’ll simply run ceremonies. You’ll take an established Jira framework, identify what could work better and use data to drive and demonstrate improvements.

The Low Down

You’ll support a large infrastructure delivery function of approximately Project Managers/Product Managers and  engineers.  The environment covers physical infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), migrations, firewall implementations and virtual machine provisioning. A Jira framework and delivery process has already been established. You’ll take ownership of it, understand what’s working, identify improvement opportunities and continue to evolve the way the team operates.

What You Will Be Doing

• Own and continually improve the existing Jira framework and delivery processes
• Use data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and sprint reviews
• Track sprint progress, velocity and team capacity
• Identify and remove delivery impediments
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Maintain and optimise Jira boards, workflows and reporting

What Experience Will You Need?

• Strong Scrum Master experience within large, complex technology environments
• Advanced Jira capability across workflows, frameworks and reporting
• Proven experience inheriting an existing delivery framework or process and improving it
• Ability to demonstrate the value and outcomes of improvements you have implemented
