The Lowdown
Precision Sourcing is thriving- we’re having our best ever year in our 16-year history. This is a rare opportunity to learn and work alongside me, Jill Ryder, the company’s founding director. I’ve got a proven track record in taking people with no experience and working with them to become recruiting legends!
You’ll start off learning the ropes as a candidate manager within our busy IT project services division and eventually move into a full 360 role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Support experienced recruiters in sourcing the best candidates.
- Screen candidates on the phone and face to face
- Develop high quality relationships with candidates and in turn customers.
- Maintain superior quality candidate records on the CRM
- Participate in company social media strategies and events.
- Administration support
About You
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 12 months’ work experience in a sales role
- Passion and hunger for sales
- Immeasurable motivation and openness to learn.
