Exciting opportunity for a talented senior business analyst to working on integrating 6 business units and their respective CRMs in one single MS Dynamics CRM offering. This role sits within the business.
The road map is done so now it is on to facilitating workshops, defining & documenting business, functional & technical requirements. This role will be involved in high level stakeholder engagement including steering committees.
Essential
- Experience working as a business analyst on enterprise MS Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
- 5 years business analysis including expertise in gathering and documenting high quality business requirements, functional and technical requirements.
- Solution design
- Some project management e.g., update project plans
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, solutions focused.
Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders.
Desirable
- Prior experience integrating multiple CRM solutions
