Working alongside senior cyber leadership, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the organisation's cyber capability while leaving a lasting impact on how cyber initiatives are delivered across the business.

The Low Down

We're partnering exclusively with a large Australian organisation to recruit an experienced Cyber Program Manager to establish and deliver a significant enterprise cyber uplift program.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop business cases, investment proposals and funding submissions.
  • Establish program governance, delivery frameworks and reporting.
  • Lead multiple cyber workstreams across technology and operational environments.
  • Drive cyber remediation initiatives, operational improvements and security uplift.
  • Manage delivery partners and third-party vendors.
  • Provide strategic leadership while remaining hands-on throughout delivery.

What Success Looks Like

  • Minimum five years' recent experience leading enterprise Cyber Programs valued at $2M+.
  • Strong understanding of SOCI and cyber regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience establishing or leading large-scale cyber transformation programs.
  • Experience delivering complex cyber initiatives within highly regulated or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Experience within Energy, Utilities, Transport, Telecommunications, Resources or other critical infrastructure organisations
