Senior technology leadership role owning a broad portfolio of complex projects, leading PMs and improving delivery across utilities, telco, infrastructure or essential services.  Ideal for an experienced Project/Program leader who enjoys fixing problems, lifting performance and making a genuine impact.

What will you be doing?

• Own a portfolio of technology projects from pipeline and business case through to delivery.
• Lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders on priorities and upcoming initiatives.
• Get hands-on with troubled projects, remove blockers and drive recovery.
• Own governance, budgets, resources, risks and portfolio reporting.
• Help improve overall delivery maturity and performance.

What experience will you need?

• Deep Project and Program Management experience, having personally delivered complex technology projects.
• Experience managing PMs and multiple concurrent projects/programs.
• Strong project recovery, governance and financial management experience.
• Experience within utilities, telecommunications, infrastructure, transport or essential services.
• Ideally delivered Field Service Management, work order management, contract mobilisation, ERP/system migration or similar operational technology projects.
• Strong senior stakeholder management.
