The Low Down

A large enterprise is seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead change activities for the implementation of a new enterprise portfolio management platform.

Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and delivery team, you'll take ownership of business readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement and training to ensure a successful September go-live and set the foundation for future rollout phases.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and deliver engaging end-user training.
• Create and execute communications plans.
• Lead business readiness activities ahead of go-live.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Support a successful September implementation and future rollout phases.

What Success Looks Like

• Around 7+ years' experience in Change Management.
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations within structured project or PMO environments.
• Proven ability to develop training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms will be highly regarded.
