The Low Down

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of technology service analysis, providing invaluable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify solutions that enhance service delivery and support organizational objectives. You will be required to travel approx 1 week monthly to meet stakeholders.  

What You will Be Doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and prioritize user stories and requirements.
• Refine user stories, define acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Develop detailed project documentation including functional design specifications, business process maps, test plans and training documentation.

What You Need to Apply:

• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• Enterprise scale project experience which may include ERP, digital, applications development or cyber projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Valid work visa for Australia
