The Role
Bloomberg is looking for an attorney with a background in such areas as Employment Law,
Employee Benefits Law, and Executive Compensation to join its law products group, BLAW, as
a Legal Analyst. The Legal Analyst will create, organize, and produce innovative current
awareness and research products and BLAW publications in selected areas of employment law.
Understand legal issues, create legal analytical content and perform research, along with
strong written communication skills. Ability to analyze and review a wide variety of legal
materials related to the practice areas a necessary requirement.

Qualifications
-Law degree from an accredited law school
-3 to 5 years practice in Employment and/or Employee Benefits field
-Excellent editing, legal research, analysis, and writing skills
-Effective communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal
-Ability to complete assigned research and writing projects by prescribed deadlines
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
-Excellent Microsoft Word skills a must
-Ability to learn and adapt to new technological requirements for developing products for the
Employment group
