About the role
The Data Administration Officer is responsible for the provision of high-quality and accurate data entry, clerical support and other administrative and customer service duties.
The candidate we seek will ideally have the following:
Essential:
- Ability to use student management systems
- Highly accurate and fast data entry skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Demonstrated high-quality telephone customer service skills
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and English written and verbal communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
- Able to remain clear and focused under pressure
- Demonstrated awareness of a range of cultural perspectives and sensitive approaches relevant to our clients and external stakeholders
Desirable:
- Prior use of government program client data bases
- Bi-lingual skills
- Previous experience in the education industry
