A reputable international law firm in Hong Kong with highly regarded Partner leading their Funds team is currently looking for an experienced paralegal to join their Funds team on a permanent basis. The team advise on a full spectrum of funds and regulatory matters, including formation, structuring and maintenance of various types of open ended and close ended funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.

In this role, you will be providing a full range of legal adsministrative support to the team and will have the opportunity to assist with drafting and preparation of legal documents under supervision, proofreading, transation, conflict checks, legal research, due diligence, license applications, compliance works and corporate filings.
skills & experiences required.
- Degree holder
- 1-5 years funds paralegal experience or corporate/ capital markets experience
- Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
