High profile local government agency is looking for a talented Business Analyst with proven, recent experience in the implementation of Customer Identity and Access Management and Security projects. The project will involve delivering a Customer Identity and Access Management across the organisation. The Business Analyst will be working across a number of projects at any one time, conducting and facilitating requirements gathering and documentation, process mapping, testing planning and co-ordination and business process change.

What You Must Have
- 10 years’ current experience as a Technology Business Analyst
- Recent experience with Customer Identity and Access Management focusing on customer registration processes, privacy and governance.
- Track record delivering major, large scale CIAM projects
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Biztalk, Microsoft ADFS, Microsoft Azure Enterprise Premium services, B2C, Okta identify store, Microsoft Azure storage, AWS.
- Experience of CIAM management with customer’s progressive profiling
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
