A well-established manufacturer of specialist electronic components is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join their close-knit production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable business with a friendly working environment, where you'll play a key role in producing precision metal enclosures and components used within highly engineered products.

The Role

• Set up and operate CNC machining centres
• Manufacture precision metal boxes and components to specification
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and be open to learning new processes and techniques
• Work closely with a small, experienced production team

The business currently operates 3-axis CNC machinery, with plans to further develop capabilities in the future, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys embracing new technology and ways of working.

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machining experience
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• A positive, adaptable approach to work
• Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team

What's on Offer

• Salary of £43,000 - £47,000, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate
• Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
• Early finish every Friday
