Duration: Temp-Perm

 

Salary: £25,000- £27,000 per year (depending on experience)

 

Hours of Work: 35 Hours

We are seeking a motivated and confident Outbound Sales Agent, the successful candidate will focus on contacting potential customers, following up on warm leads, and arranging qualified appointments for the sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and thrives in a target-driven environment.

 

 

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

 

  • Developing relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying new sales leads
  • Manage, grow and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identification of influencers & key decision makers
  • Warm and cold sales lead development via outbound telephone calls and e-mails
  • Lead qualification and nurturing
  • Appointment setting

 

Essential Criteria:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an outbound telephone environment.
  • Experience of setting up appointments
  • Demonstrable record of getting in touch with key decision makers
  • Experience in qualifying prospects
  • Candidates must have a confident and outgoing phone manner, be able to build rapport with customers in a professional manner and have experience in fact finding and consulting with customers, objection handling and closing.
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated

 

Desirable Criteria:

Experience in a high capital value environment would be advantageous
