Logistics Coordinator

Location: Pucklechurch (BS16)

Pay: £14.53 per hour

Hours: Full‑time, 37.5 hours (8:00am – 4:30pm)

Start Date: ASAP (Temp to Perm)

We are recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing, fast‑paced transport and logistics operation based in Pucklechurch. This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, transport administration, transport planning, office admin or data entry who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and expanding business.

You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily transport operations, supporting drivers, maintaining accurate records and keeping internal systems up to date.

Key Responsibilities – Logistics Coordinator

• Accurately input data, update internal systems and maintain transport records.
• Collate, print and prepare invoices and driver paperwork.
• Organise and issue next‑day driver packs, manifests and route documents.
• Support day‑to‑day logistics and transport operations, including checking vehicle and tyre records.
• Review transport plans, schedules and route information.
• Carry out general office administration, filing, scanning and document control.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, planners and the wider logistics team.

About You

• Strong Excel skills and confidence using office software and internal systems.
• Previous experience in transport, logistics, transport admin, planning, scheduling or office administration.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational ability.
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to learn, develop and progress.
