Pay: £12.71 per hour (weekly pay)

Hours: Full-time – shifts available Mon–Fri: 8:30am–5:00pm or 7:00am–3:00pm

Contract: Temporary

Location: Avonmouth, BS11

Start: ASAP

About the role

We’re recruiting reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution team in Avonmouth. This is a hands-on role involving order picking, stock movement and general warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking, moving and replenishing stock across the warehouse
• Loading and unloading deliveries (where required)
• Assisting with packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a supportive warehouse team to meet daily targets

What we’re looking for in a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
• Comfortable working in a physical, active role
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
