Hours: 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (Monday–Friday)

Pay: £14.05 per hour (weekly pay)

About the Role

We’re recruiting Production Operatives for an ongoing rework project at a well‑known manufacturing and production site in Cardiff. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role with immediate starts, consistent weekday hours, and long‑term opportunities for reliable candidates.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative:

• Sorting and organising pallets
• Decanting and re‑sorting products
• Rebuilding pallets and preparing items for dispatch
• Repetitive production and packing tasks
• Following all site Health & Safety procedures
• Working safely in a busy production environment

What We’re Looking For in a Production Operative:

• Previous experience in production, warehouse or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Reliable, punctual and able to start ASAP
• Safety shoes required

Hours & Pay of a Production Operative:

• Monday to Friday
• 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
• £14.05 per hour
